Just get it done” is about as close to nails on a chalkboard that I have ever heard said to creative teams. I believe working with “the creatives” is a true blessing - a delight - in a strategist’s work day. To force them to hurry up to meet your client deadlines is not your only option. Work with them (like peanut butter and jelly does) and you help to create the magic too. Meaning, don’t dump a lot of information on them and walk away and expect the magic to show up in your inbox in an hour because you said “just get it done”.
